Membership is free. There are frequent articles on items related to working in IT, such as disabling services that slow down boots, building bootable USB sticks etc. Each of these articles is free for download to members. Members are also invited to comment on articles, thus building up a community and improving the product.
The organisation also sells White Papers to the IT community. The better the technical strength of the website (as supported by the community), the more valued its opinions will be as expressed in White Papers, adn the more likely they will be bought and paid for.
